Terms of sale and use
These terms apply when you download, try or buy Tramline. We kept them short and readable.
Last updated: November 8, 2026
The software
Tramline is a window manager for macOS published by [Nom ou raison sociale]. It includes the open-source Paneru engine, distributed under the MIT licence, whose notice ships with the app.
Free trial
You can use the full app free for 7 days, without giving any payment details. After the trial, a licence is needed to keep using it.
Price and payment
The price shown on this site includes applicable VAT and is a one-time payment, with no subscription. Payment is processed by [prestataire de paiement], which acts as the seller of record.
Your licence
Buying Tramline gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it on up to 2 Macs you own or use, including every update of version 1. You may not resell, publicly share or redistribute your licence or the app.
Refunds
Not happy? Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to [adresse e-mail de contact], no reason needed.
Consumers in the EU usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Tramline is digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away, which ends that legal right. Our 14-day refund promise still applies.
Updates and support
All updates of version 1 are free. We answer support requests by email, usually within a few working days.
Liability
Tramline moves and resizes windows; it never closes your apps or edits your files. We build it with great care, but it is provided as is: to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Consumers in the EU can also turn to a consumer mediator or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
